5:26 pm, 130 Humbolt St, Brooklyn; Police responded to a reported shooting. Two suspect were seen running from the scene, described as men wearing black hoods.
Within 30 minutes the victim was taken in an FDNY ambulance to a nearby hospital. His condition has not been disclosed.
NYPD taped off the interior of the apartment complex and investigated each of the buildings. Later, SRG (the Strategic Responsiveness Group) was called in to aid in investigations.
Officials searched for over an hour, but suspects have not been apprehended.
A resident of a nearby building told Sleuth that this kind of activity is rare for the area, and was shocked to hear the details.
Update; as of 8:00 Police have ended level one mobilization and most officers are off the scene.
